We specialise in ensuring that businesses get the most out of their training and development, so we see it as a conflict of interest if we are also providing some of that training as well as helping to plan the training strategy HOWEVER, we do run awareness-raising training sessions linked to understanding the standards we work with (Investors in People, Lexcel, Business Excellence, Work-Life Balance, etc.) Also, in response to client demand, we run in-house training sessions for Managers, aimed at helping them to understand and carry out effectively their role within the relevant standard. This can be linked directly to the achievement of the Investors in People Standard (specifically Indicator 8). |
